If the product did not meet your needs or expectations, you may reclaim your order by sending an email on firstname.lastname@example.org clearly explaining the reason for the need to return.
The complaint will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate department. You can return the parcel to the following address:

Please note that shipping costs as well as costs for the return to sender of the parcel we will not be refunded. Damaged parcells will not be accepted.
Deadlines for sending claim
In case you want to send a return please note the following deadlines within which the complaint must be within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please send any complaint within this deadline. Any claim made after the deadlines will not be considered.
